Who we are
This website, landpower.ai, is operated by Terra Technologies Ltd, trading as Landpower AI, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 14-15 Newbury Street, London EC1A 7HU. This policy explains the cookies we use and how you can control them. For details of how we handle personal data more generally, see our privacy policy at /legal/privacy.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember something about you between pages or visits, such as the fact that you have signed in. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are called first-party cookies; cookies set by other services are called third-party cookies. The cookies we set ourselves are all first-party cookies.

The cookies we set
We set just two cookies, and only when you use the private area of the site where we share an investor deck and financial model with named parties. Both are strictly necessary and marked httpOnly, which means they cannot be read by scripts running in your browser. The lp_access cookie is also signed so it cannot be forged.
- lp_access: set after you enter a valid password, and keeps your access to the password-gated area. Strictly necessary. Lasts up to 30 days.
- lp_model_access: set after you submit the model access request form, and remembers that you have requested access to the financial model. Strictly necessary. Lasts up to 30 days.
If you never use the password-gated area, we set no cookies of our own.

No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies
The public site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising or marketing cookies and no tracking cookies of any kind. We do not use cookies to profile you, follow you across other websites or personalise advertising, and we do not use third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking.
One third-party service we do use is Cloudflare Turnstile which, when enabled, verifies that submissions to our contact form come from a person rather than a bot. When Turnstile runs, Cloudflare may set cookies or use similar technologies that are strictly necessary for security and abuse prevention. They are not used for advertising or tracking. Your cookie notice preference
When you dismiss the cookie notice on the site, we record that choice in your browser's localStorage rather than in a cookie. localStorage is a small store held on your device by your browser; it is never sent to our servers. If you clear your browser's site data, the notice will simply appear again on your next visit.

How to control or delete cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block cookies from particular sites or delete cookies already stored. The help pages for your browser (for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) explain how, and guidance is also available at ico.org.uk.
Because our two cookies are used only for the password-gated area, blocking or deleting them affects only that area: you will be asked to enter the password again. The public site works fully without any cookies.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the cookies we set change. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the last updated date shown at the top of the page. If we ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting them.
