These terms of use govern your access to and use of landpower.ai (the "site"), including any password-gated areas we make available to you. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

The site describes our plans for AI data centre land development in the UK and Europe. Any statements about future capacity, sites, pipeline, timelines or performance are indicative only. They reflect our current intentions and assumptions, they may change, and they are not commitments, forecasts or guarantees. We are under no obligation to update them.
